We had an issue with my son being sick mid holiday and the staff collected the bedding ( to be thrown away ) and gave us new bedding almost straight away . All units are cleaned and checked prior to guests checking in and we aim to visit every guest during their stay to ensure everything is ok, but way of door knocks and phone calls during your stay and again once you have got home if we don’t see you in check out.
